We are thrilled that you are considering joining Relive and would like to learn more about our hiring process
On this page you'll find the info about our recruitment process before applying to one of our roles.
What does your interview process look like?
Initial stages
Asynchronous Questions - this stage is mainly for product roles, and we use these questions to understand the person applying. Do you have the key skills that are basic requirements of the role? Are you somebody who thinks about the end user in your daily job?
Zoom call with a Relive Talent Partner
During this call, we want to get to know you better - why are you interested in Relive? What is it that motivates you in a job? Are you a user-focused person who strives to make a positive impact in your role everyday?
Each interview is a two-way conversation so you'll have the chance to ask us questions as much as we ask you.
Skills assessment
Assignment - Here we want to see how you think and work. Do you work through the problem in a clear and methodical manner? Do you offer solutions based on the data and research offered, or just opinion alone? We try and make the assignment as relevant to life at Relive as possible so you can get a taste for what challenges you might face.
Skills Interview - During this chat, you will speak with people whom you will interact with daily. They will want to deep-dive into your background, and discover your way of working, share more information on how we work, and to see if you have the technical capabilities for the job.
Final Steps
Fit Interview - Hooray! You have made it to the final step of the interview process. This is the final chance for you to get to know us and for us to get to know you. During this stage, we are more focused on you as a person. Can you add value to our product teams? And can we add value to you as an employee? Are we able to help you grow?
This is also a chance for you to ask any other questions you may have about our remote-first culture or about the product teams you will be working with!
Follow-up chat
We sometimes reserve a follow-up chat for up to 30 min in case there is a need to discuss something further or if e.g. you'd like to meet more people from the future team.
If the process goes smoothly, and both parties are happy then we will send out an offer to you as soon as possible!
We're tailoring the interview process for each role so stages can vary depending on the function or seniority of the role (e.g. to senior-level specialists we could propose to walk us through their portfolio rather than work on an assignment).
